![]() ![]() I took a screenshot video scrolling through all of the VIBs. That's a little confusing- from my searching this evening I can't find anyone else that's had this many missing VIBs. What's also wasn't 1 or 2 VIBS - it was like 60! I've heard of this error in the past, but from what I undestand it usually occurs when the original version of ESXi was 5.x OR if the server needs an HP or Dell version of the ESXi ISO. That went fairly smooth and then when I went to do the upgrade to 7.0U3l (again vanilla version) I was surprised to see the "MISSING_DEPENDENCIES_VIBS" error. I started by updating the firmware on all iDRAC/Perc Raid devices as well as the BIOS. It's a standalone host not connected to vCenter. ![]() Tonight, I was doing maintenance on a Dell PowerEdge T440 server that was originally deployed with a vanilla version of ESXi 6.7 U1 in Jan of 2019.
